Discovery call and quote
A short call to understand your goals, style and budget, followed by a clear written quote.
Deposit and design brief
Once you approve the quote and deposit, you complete the design brief and send photos, video and measurements.
3D design
Your design is built in Pool Studio and delivered in about one week from a complete brief.
Two revision rounds
Tell us what to change. Most clients land on their final design within two rounds.
Final delivery
Your final plan, renderings and spec summary, ready to share with builders for pricing.
What to capture
- Stand in each corner of the yard and take a wide photo toward the opposite corner
- The back of the house, the full wall that faces the yard, including doors and windows
- A slow video walkthrough of the whole yard (one to two minutes is perfect)
- Close-ups of slopes, steps, retaining walls and drainage areas
- Existing trees, patios, structures, gates and side-yard access
- Utilities: AC units, gas and electric meters, hose bibs, pool equipment
- The views you love and the ones you want to screen
- Photos at different times of day if sun and shade matter to you
What to measure
Required
- Overall yard width and depth
- Distance from the house to the back and side property lines
- Locations of doors, patios and existing features
Helpful if you have them
- Plot plan or property survey
- Topographic survey for steep or sloped lots
- HOA guidelines
A long tape measure or a laser measure works well. Rough numbers are fine; your builder confirms exact dimensions on site.
Sending your files
Photos as JPG or HEIC, videos as MP4 or MOV, and any plans as PDF. For large files, share a Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud link in the form, or email [email protected].
Naming tip: start each file with your last name, for example garcia-corner-1.jpg.
